National President

National President: Represents NUCFDCs nationally and internationally, acts as CEO and spokesperson, supervises activities, chairs meetings, appoints committee members, serves as secretary to the Board of Advisors, and is a primary signatory for accounts.

Eward Q. Teah

Vice President for Administration

Vice President for Administrations: Assists the President, presides over meetings in the President's absence, coordinates CFDC activities, and succeeds the President if necessary.

Rosetta K. M. Toe

Vice President for Operation

Vice President for Operations: Assists the President, presides over meetings in the absence of the President and VP of Administration, coordinates NUCFDC operations, and succeeds the President if the President and VP of Administration are unable to serve.

Abu M. Kamara

Secretary General/Secretariat Administrator

General Secretary: Manages documents and information, prepares correspondence and reports, organizes meetings, confirms appointments, administers the secretariat, assists the Head of Secretariat, and provides secretariat activity reports.

Matiida Gbeclay

Assistant Secretary General

Assistant General Secretary: Assists the General Secretary, assumes the General Secretary's responsibilities in their absence, and succeeds the General Secretary if necessary.

Baindu Y. Getaweh

Treasurer

Treasurer: Manages NUCFDCs' funds, is a primary signatory for accounts, issues receipt, keeps cashbooks updated, makes payments with receipts and invoices, manages petty cash, and assists in financial report preparation.

Financial Secretariat

Finance Secretary: Prepares and circulates financial reports, submits financial reports to leadership and the General Assembly, supports the President in annual report preparation regarding finances, and is a secondary signatory for accounts.

Chaplain General

Chaplain: Facilitates spiritual aspects at NUCFDC gatherings, provides spiritual guidance to the Union, and offers spiritual counseling when needed.

Chairperson, Board of Advisors,

The Chairperson of the Board Advisor of the NUCFDCs plays a crucial role in leading the Board of Advisors, which acts as a knowledge hub and provides guidance to the organization's leadership. The Chair is responsible for ensuring that the Board effectively supports the NUCFDCs in achieving its goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing the review and approval of annual reports, budgets, and policy documents, as well as facilitating communication and collaboration among board members to maintain the organization's functionality and strategic direction.

Head of Secretariat/National Facilitator & National Program Coordinator

The primary responsibilities of the Head of Secretariat/National Facilitator & National Program Director include leading the Secretariat team in implementing day-to-day operations, developing and managing projects aligned with the NUCFDCs' strategic direction, and collaborating closely with the national leadership to diversify activities and enhance service to the represented communities, building upon your instrumental role since 2016 in establishing the NUCFDCs Strategic Plan and shaping the NUCFDCs.
